Beneath the three domains of The Dimensional System lie six dimensions: Self, Others, Past, Future, Senses, and Perception.
Each dimension reflects a distinct aspect of who you are. Together, they create a detailed map of your inner and outer world, indicating where you’re aligned and where you have the potential to grow.
These dimensions shape your thoughts, feelings, and actions—influencing every way you experience life. You may be nurturing some, avoiding others, or even over-indulging in one. The balance you strike across them determines how fully you thrive.
Understanding your relationship with the 6 dimensions reveals the patterns that define you—and gives you the freedom to reshape them.
How is your relationship with your self? Are your innermost traits, thoughts, feelings, and needs accepted? Deep self-trust provides foundations to effectively regulate emotions, reflect without ruminating, and act without distracting.
How do you feel about other people? The ideal is when we unconditionally belong and are validated within close circles. There is no desperate need to please, impress, or avoid people. Instead, both firm boundaries and kindness are practiced.
Your past shapes you uniquely. Reconciling with your past means it is acknowledged, resolved, and integrated into identity. This narrative evolves into a valuable asset that informs us of our authentic identity, what is meaningful to us, and why.
