THRIVING

The System

Thriving is to live well and flourish. It’s neither surviving nor coping. What you need to thrive is unique to you, but the fundamentals are the same for everyone. Here’s what you need for a life well-lived.

The System for Individuals

Traditional well-being advice often assumes we all thrive the same way. But your experiences, challenges, and joys are completely unique—and so are your paths to happiness.
The Dimensional System uncovers what works for you by respecting:

1

Your sources

of happiness:

To feel peace, some meditate, while others dance to reconnect with themselves. Some enjoy museums, others a hard run.

2

Your baseline
and peaks:

We start at different points, with temperaments needing different degrees of growth. Some benefit from shifting limiting beliefs, while simple tweaks work for others.

3

Your effort
and capacity:

Some need just 5 minutes to feel centered all week. Others need a daily practice. Some people need more play to feel alive, while others can recharge with a thrilling book.

4

Your magnitude

of living:

Some thrive when they live large – reaching high, playing hard, and connecting deeply. Others feel best when life is more measured.

This system works because it’s built on principles, not categories.

By applying the principles of well-being to your unique perspectives and desires, you gain the freedom to define happiness on your terms.

And it will support you through life, no matter how the seasons may change.

the 3 domains

The three domains of The Dimensional System—Safety, Challenge, and Play—are the foundation of your well-being. Together, they provide the peace, purpose, and pleasure that make life fulfilling.

These domains don’t operate in isolation. They’re interconnected as a system. Neglect one, and old patterns of coping resurface, keeping you stuck. Overemphasize another, and the instability undermines your growth. But when all three are cultivated in harmony, they unlock a state of well-being that feels balanced, meaningful, and enduring.

Some call this happiness.

SAFETY

Develop safety to bounce back from challenges, adapt easily, and feel grounded from within. You move through life with inner calm and stability, regardless of external circumstances.

CHALLENGE

Embrace challenge to unlock clarity, conviction, and personal meaning as you create the impact you want. You live purposefully, fuelled by drive and moving toward what brings you fulfilment.

PLAY

Engage in play to enjoy the bountiful wonders life offers, and grow energised and inspired by each experience. You live vibrantly and enjoy the present moment in mind and body.

the 6 DIMENSIONS

Beneath the three domains of The Dimensional System lie six dimensions: Self, Others, Past, Future, Senses, and Perception.

Each dimension reflects a distinct aspect of who you are. Together, they create a detailed map of your inner and outer world, indicating where you’re aligned and where you have the potential to grow.

These dimensions shape your thoughts, feelings, and actions—influencing every way you experience life.
You may be nurturing some, avoiding others, or even over-indulging in one. The balance you strike across them determines how fully you thrive.

Understanding your relationship with the 6 dimensions reveals the patterns that define you—and gives you the freedom to reshape them.
